AwSV

The Water Resources Act (WHG)* and the Ordinance on Installations for the Handling of Substances Hazardous to Water (AwSV; formerly VAwS)* sets out numerous obligations for plant operators and their manufacturers or repairers. Tightness and functionality of the installation must be ensured at all times and thus constantly monitored.

Our AwSV-qualified experts support you as an operator and the contractors involved in manufacture and repair. We are your contact for all questions regarding sealing surfaces made of asphalt, concrete or semi-rigid coverings. We also advise you on issues regarding joints, concrete technology or drainage of sealing surfaces.

We support you with pending repairs and are available with our advice. We also look at special solutions that do not have building authority approval and evaluate them in an expert report to determine their suitability.

As AwSV-qualified experts, we carry out the required inspections for you in accordance with the AwSV. Our training courses will qualify you as a specialised company in accordance with § 62 AwSV*.
